Noah's Ark Jewelled and Enamelled Box

Standing just over 3 inches tall, this Noah's Ark jewelled and enamelled box is a work of art. Starting with the St. Basil's Cathedral-style onion domes at the top, working down through the mediaeval-style house, past the railings and into the sea, it just abounds with life and Swarovski crystals.

The two domes alone have more than 50 clear crystals, the elephant has pink ones in his ears and blue ones on his feet and in the end of his trunk, the whale has one for his eye, there are ten pink and green ones in the sea and the railings have another 33 clear crystals.

The giraffe and the zebra have no crystals, but are beautifully modelled and coloured.

Truly, a magnificent piece.
